Before Your Order Is Confirmed
We will provide available delivery information with the quotation, checkout, or order confirmation. For project or special-order products, lead times may be confirmed after checking stock or production schedules.
Preparing for Delivery
Please provide a complete address, contact number, and any information about access, loading restrictions, building timings, or site coordination. Someone authorised to receive and check the order should be available when required.
Receiving Your Order
Please check the package count and visible condition at delivery. If anything appears damaged, incorrect, or missing, keep the packaging and contact Lunna Light promptly with photographs and the order reference.
Delivery Changes
If you need to change the delivery address or timing, contact us as early as possible. Changes may depend on whether the order has already been prepared or dispatched and may involve additional cost.
